It's Time To Move On

Mary Magdalene wept on Easter Sunday, mourning the loss of her rabbi and rattled by the empty tomb. But she also was wrestling with what the loss of Jesus meant for her personally. It was Jesus who gave her purpose and meaning, freeing her from a life of torment. If Jesus is gone, is that Mary gone too? Mary Magdalene was one of the faithful few at the foot of the cross and the first to see the risen king and with his resurrection, the real Mary is alive and the old Mary is dead.
