Advent: Hope

Advent a special and historic practice of the church which helps us prepare our hearts for Christmas. During this season we remember the promises of God, rejoice in the coming of the King and look forward to his second advent. This week we look at the biblical topic of "hope" which is more about waiting than it is about being optimistic. For the Christian, we don't hope in something, we hope in someone.
