The Jethro Plan (Exodus 18)

Jethro saw what Moses couldn’t: he was doing good work, but not in a way that could last. Jethro's approach with Moses models good and godly counsel. Through this passage, we are reminded that God often uses wise voices around us to show what we can’t see ourselves, and that true leadership means staying rooted in prayer, sharing the burden with others, and building for sustainability.
