Lay Aside Every Weight

Scripture calls us to "lay aside every weight and the sin that easily entangles us (Hebrews 12:1)". Did you notice the "weights" and "sins" are two different things? There may be "good" things in our lives that are slowing us down from following Jesus. God is calling us to lay them aside so we can run and finish our race.
