Listen. Reflect. Live it.
"Not lagging behind in diligence" is more than a call to work harder, it's an invitation to faithfully serve the Lord with energy and purpose. Proverbs contrasts this kind of life with the sluggard: someone who loves comfort, makes excuses, and continually delays what God is calling them to do. Yet God's grace offers a better path: honest repentance, faithful obedience, and the joy of serving Him with diligence and fervor. This message was preached by Pastor Victor Gluckin at Living Faith Christian Church in Warwick, Rhode Island.
